East Central BBQ moves forward
In December, Central BBQ president Webb Wilson said the company would be transforming its new East Memphis Central location to look like every other Central location — just newer. On Monday, a $100,000 building permit was filed for that remodel. Looney Ricks Kiss is the architecture firm behind the redesign of the old LYFE Kitchen space, according to the permit, and Bright Construction Co. will be doing the construction.
